Fusion 360 Mechanical Assembly
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need a complete Fusion 360 model for a mechanical assembly that brings together bolts and screws, brackets and supports, plus motors and gears into one cohesive unit. The finished file must be fully constrained so every component moves exactly as it should, with joints clearly defined and named.
Deliverables I expect:
• The native Fusion 360 (.f3d) file containing the full assembly
• An exploded view and motion study that demonstrates the mating relationships
• 2D drawings with critical dimensions, hole call-outs, and thread specs ready for shop use
• A simple bill of materials generated inside Fusion showing quantities and part numbers
I’ll supply rough sketches and the key dimensions the moment we start; you translate those into a clean, parametric model that can be edited later. Please keep all features organized in a sensible browser tree and use standard hardware from the Fusion content library wherever possible.
Accuracy matters, especially on the motor mounts and gear alignment—those interfaces must meet the tolerance stack I’ll outline. Once the design passes my quick interference check and the motion study looks smooth, the job is done.
This is an on going position that could potentially go on for years.
