We are looking for an experienced Automotive/Industrial 3D Designer to develop a premium golf cart model for both 3D printing and future production.
Project Requirements
1. Full-Scale Golf Cart Design
Design a complete 1:1 scale golf cart with realistic proportions and engineering considerations.
The design should be suitable for prototype development and future manufacturing.
2. 3D Printable Design
Our 3D printer build volume is 256 × 256 × 256 mm.
The model must be divided into multiple printable sections that can be printed separately and assembled afterward.
Assembly joints, alignment features, and connection points should be incorporated into the design to ensure accurate fitting and structural strength.
3. Technical Information & Engineering Details
Provide complete dimensions and technical specifications.
Include assembly drawings and exploded views.
Provide manufacturing-ready CAD files and detailed measurements for all major components.
4. Real Market Components
The design should accommodate commercially available components whenever possible, including:
Headlights
Taillights
Turn signals
Mirrors
Windshield
Steering components
Wheels and tires
Seats
Electrical accessories
Preference will be given to designs that use standard off-the-shelf parts available in the global market.
5. Fiberglass Mold Development
The body design must be suitable for fiberglass mold manufacturing.
Surfaces should be designed with proper draft angles and mold-release considerations.
Separate body panels should be designed to simplify mold production and future mass manufacturing.

Complete 3D CAD Model (STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or equivalent)
STL files prepared for segmented 3D printing
