Full Plumbing Design & Schedule Needed
Budget: $10 – $300 USD
I already have complete architectural drawings for a single-storey house expansion framed with 2 × 6 studs and insulated with Rock Wool; what I still need is the full plumbing package—drawings, pipe sizing, and a realistic installation schedule.
Scope of work
• Bathroom: lay out copper supply lines for a large walk-in shower (ceiling-mounted rain head plus wall-mounted head with wand), a double vanity, and a toilet.
• Gym closet: run hot- and cold-water copper lines for a washing-machine box and a floor-standing hot-water tank.
• Drainage: size and route PVC waste and vent lines for every new fixture, tying back into the existing stack as shown on the architectural set.
• Space heating/cooling: design a closed-loop PEX circuit for an air-to-water heat pump; show loop layout, flow rate, and recommended pump/valve specs.
Deliverables I’m expecting
1. Plan, elevation, and isometric drawings (PDF + DWG) showing all pipe runs, fittings, and fixture rough-in dimensions.
2. A fixture and material schedule listing pipe sizes, valve types, and copper/PVC/PEX quantities.
3. Sequenced installation timeline I can hand straight to the GC and plumbing crew.
4. Brief design notes confirming code compliance and explaining any calculations for the PEX loop.
