I need a skilled tool designer to create a single-hit forming die and punch for a stainless-steel part cut from 1 mm SS 304/202 sheet. The final profile is a 108.5 mm × 35 mm rectangle with a main R199 curvature, secondary fillets of R17 and R8, and an R3 edge radius. A 10-ton press will be used; the laser-cut blank is supplied in-house.

Material preference is hardened tool steel, yet I’m open to a better recommendation if it improves tool life or finish. Precise curvature with minimal spring-back is critical, so I do want a spring-back verification simulation included.

Please provide:
• 2D CAD drawings and 3D models (DWG/DXF and STEP/IGES) of both punch and die
• Manufacturing drawings showing tolerances, material specs, heat-treat notes, and assembly details
• Spring-back simulation report confirming the design meets the required radii
