Ford Think NEV Door Models

I have a 2002 Ford Think four-seater golf cart (NEV) that needs a full set of four custom doors. I’m looking for a CAD specialist who can create production-ready 3D geometry and deliver both STEP and STL files.

Here’s what I need the model to capture:
• A fully customized door style that follows the cart’s existing body lines rather than simply replicating the original OEM panel shape.
• Plastic construction will be used in manufacturing, so parting lines, draft angles, and realistic wall thicknesses (3-4 mm) must be considered.
• Integrated window openings, lockable latches, and reinforced hinge pockets for long-term durability.

I’ll provide photos, rough measurements, and any additional reference you request so you can recreate the mounting points, curvature, and latch locations accurately. I’m happy for you to work in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, or a similar parametric package—just export the final STEP and a watertight STL for each of the four doors.

Deliverables will be:
1. Four separate STEP files (one per door).
2. Matching watertight STL files ready for prototyping.
3. A brief PDF drawing or screenshot set that calls out overall dimensions and critical mounting features.
