Fluent-Ready High-Res Meshes
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
There are 30 separate STEP/IGES parts, all with intricate internal and external detail. I need each one converted into a high-resolution CFD mesh that opens in ANSYS Fluent without any further healing or repair.
Key points
• Geometry type: complex; no simplification should lose flow-critical features.
• Target solver: ANSYS Fluent—please export in .msh or Fluent-case-readable format.
• Mesh quality: high resolution with low skewness, smooth transitions and, where appropriate, inflation layers near walls to capture boundary-layer effects. Restrict non-orthogonality and skew to values Fluent regards as acceptable for steady turbulent runs.
• Naming: keep zone and boundary names consistent with the original CAD so setup in Fluent remains intuitive.
Deliverables
1. 30 individual mesh files, each ready for direct import into Fluent.
2. A brief PDF or text summary for every model listing element count, max skewness, minimum orthogonality, and any special meshing decisions made (e.g., local refinements, sizing functions).
Acceptance criteria
• Each mesh loads in the latest Fluent release without errors or negative volumes.
• Reported quality metrics stay within Fluent’s recommended limits.
• File names and boundary identifiers match the source part names.
If any clarification is needed on feature preservation or boundary identification, let me know early so the final meshes are spot-on.
