20x45 Flat Roof Structure Drawing

I already have the architectural layout for my 20 ft × 45 ft residence and the lower-level structure is set, but I still need a complete roof-level package. The scope is limited to the roof structure only: a flat, cast-in-place concrete slab with all supporting details.

Please prepare a drawing set that includes slab thickness, reinforcement schedule, beam dimensions (where required to support the slab), and the location and sizing of any openings for plumbing or electrical services. I work in AutoCAD, so a clean DWG is essential; a matching PDF for quick review will help as well. Follow standard Indian load combinations—if you use any specific code provisions, note them clearly on the sheet.

Before final delivery I’d like a quick look at your initial layout to confirm column grid alignment, then you can complete the bar bending schedules and annotation. Once approved, send me the final DWG and PDF.
