Fine Mesh Generation for Textured Pipes
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need sixteen individual surface-textured pipe models prepared for direct use in Ansys Fluent. Each pipe must follow written dimensions that I will supply (no drawings), and the internal wall carries elliptical dimples arranged in series with varying heights.
For every geometry, I require:
• A clean, watertight .iges file of the pipe.
• A Fluent-ready mesh whose first boundary-layer height is exactly 0.002 mm, overall aspect ratio stays below 20, and global element sizing is fine enough for accurate near-wall resolution.
Please keep the workflow consistent across all sixteen cases so I can run comparative CFD studies without additional cleanup. I will check mesh statistics in Fluent; any cell group exceeding the aspect-ratio limit or breaking continuity will need revision.
Send back a neatly organised package: one folder per geometry containing its .iges model, the corresponding .msh file, and a short text file listing key mesh metrics and the dimple height used.
