Finalize Safety Glasses CAD

I already have a nearly complete CAD model of my stylish safety glasses, but the factory stalled on a few final details. I need the design fully wrapped up so tooling can begin.

What still needs attention
• Frame shape – refine both thickness and overall width so the profile stays sleek while maintaining required safety coverage.
• Hinge mechanism – shift the hinge position and redesign the hinge type for smoother action and long-term durability.

What I expect to receive
• Updated 3D CAD files (STEP/IGES) ready for production.
• 2-D drawings with critical dimensions and tolerances.
• Quick renderings so I can sign off on aesthetics before release.

All files must open cleanly in SolidWorks and respect industry safety clearances. I’ll provide the current model and brand guidelines as soon as we start, and I’m happy to answer any technical questions along the way.
