Finalize & Production-Ready Design for an Innovative Footwear Accessory (IP-Sensitive Product)

I am developing Glide-X, an innovative footwear accessory for dancers that improves glide and movement on different floor surfaces.
Important:
This project is NOT for concept creation.
The core idea, direction, and early design already exist.
I am looking for an experienced industrial / product designer to finalize, refine, and prepare the existing design for manufacturing.
I now have:
• A clear product vision
• Existing design references / 3D work
• Defined functional and material requirements
• Budget ready and decisions made
This is a serious, IP-sensitive product intended for real production.

Scope of Work
1. Design Finalization
• Refine and complete the existing design
• Ensure proper fit under footwear
• Optimize:
o Thickness
o Flexibility
o Durability
o Stress points
• Improve geometry and edge finishing
• Design must withstand repeated real-world use (non-brittle)
2. Material & Manufacturing Considerations
• Design suitable for PU / PE / TPU-like materials
• Balance between:
o Controlled glide
o Grip
o Flexibility
o Long-term durability
3. Manufacturing-Ready Output
• Final production-ready CAD
• Clear dimensions and tolerances
• Files ready to send directly to manufacturers
4. Documentation
• Basic tech pack / manufacturing notes
• Exploded or part views if required for clarity

Final editable source CAD files (native format used by designer)
STEP format (.step / .stp) files for manufacturing
STL files for prototyping / 3D printing
