Fabrication-Ready A-Frame Drawings
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m building an 18 ft × 25 ft, 20 ft-high mild-steel A-frame and need a full set of shop drawings that a fabricator can start cutting and welding from immediately. I will supply the precise pipe diameters and wall thicknesses; you’ll translate those into clearly dimensioned members, connections, and material call-outs, all shown in millimetres.
Your plans must include front, side, and top views at an appropriate scale (1:50 works if everything stays legible), plus enlarged sections for every critical joint—bolted or welded—so there is zero ambiguity once this reaches the workshop. Wind or snow loads aren’t a concern for this assignment, but basic structural sanity is, so I still expect realistic gusset plates, connection plates, and weld symbols where required.
Deliverables
• High-resolution blueprint-style image
• PDF set (optional but appreciated)
• Editable source file in DWG or DXF
Acceptance criteria: drawings open cleanly in AutoCAD, all dimensions snap correctly, and any fabricator can pull cut lists directly from the file without chasing missing data.
If you have produced similar steel A-frame, truss, or portal-frame drawings before, share a sample so I can see how you detail sections and annotations. Looking forward to working with someone who can hand me a fabrication-ready package on the first pass.
