Key Responsibilities:
- Create die plates for various snack shapes (balls, sticks, curls).
- Ensure designs are compatible with standard extruders.
- Provide 3D CAD files and technical drawings for manufacturing.
- Recommend suitable materials and coatings for food-grade applications, with a preference for stainless steel.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Mechanical engineering or CAD background.
- Experience in extrusion or food processing equipment.
- Knowledge of airflow, pressure, and wear resistance in die design.
Deliverables:
- 3–5 die designs in CAD and PDF format.
- Manufacturing-ready technical drawings.
