Exterior CFMF Drawings & Calcs

I need a full set of cold-formed metal framing drawings and accompanying structural calculations for the exterior walls of a low-rise office building (1–2 stories). The project will use metal stud framing throughout, so every detail should reflect that system.

Scope
• Produce clear, construction-ready CFMF drawings: plans, elevations, sections, and connection details for all exterior wall segments.
• Provide sealed calculations verifying member sizes, deflection, and load paths in accordance with current IBC and AISI standards.

Acceptance criteria
• Drawings delivered in both PDF and CAD.
• Calculation package must reference all design assumptions, load combinations, and governing codes.
• All dimensions, member schedules, and connection details must be coordinated and internally consistent.

If you have recent experience with similar light-gauge steel projects, especially for office buildings, your insight will be valuable. Please indicate the design software you prefer (e.g., RISA, CFS, Revit, AutoCAD) and the expected turnaround time.
