Expert Mechanical Design Engineer Needed
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a mechanical concept that now needs to turn into a fully-defined product. The scope sits squarely in mechanical engineering, with an emphasis on design and development rather than maintenance, repair, or pure simulation work.
Here is what I’d like completed:
• Refine my initial concept sketches and notes into detailed 3D CAD models (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar).
• Produce all associated 2D manufacturing drawings with tolerances, materials, and finish call-outs.
• Provide a short design report outlining key design decisions, basic calculations/assumptions, and any risks that still need mitigation.
If you typically validate your designs in FEA or CFD, feel free to propose that as an optional, separately priced add-on; the core deliverable remains the finished design package ready for prototyping.
I’ll supply existing sketches, reference photos, and functional requirements once we start. All native CAD files, export files (STEP/IGES), and drawings should be delivered at the close of the engagement.
