Event/Party Item 3D Prototype Model

Job ID: 40482944

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I have an innovative event-technology product — fully designed and sketched out, and I'm ready to move into physical prototyping. To do that, I need a precise mechanical product design or mechatronics CAD , 3D CAD model built across multiple plastic and acrylic parts, accurate enough to send straight to a rapid-prototyping service. I already have dimensioned sketches and reference photos for the product and now need a watertight 3D model that I can send straight to a rapid-prototyping bureau. I need both outside and inside. The product has to stand up to both functional and visual testing once printed in ABS, so accuracy and clean geometry matter more than flashy renders.

You can work in SolidWorks or Fusion 360—either one is perfectly fine. Just be sure to observe practical wall thicknesses and draft angles so that the file can go from desktop FDM printing right through to a simple injection-molding trial without rework.

What I expect from you
• Build the complete, manufacturable 3D model from my supplied sketches and measurements.
• Return a native CAD file plus STL and STEP exports.
• After my first review, adjust any small fit or clearance items—I anticipate no more than one or two quick iterations.

All reference material is ready to hand over as soon as we start, and there’s no need for rendering, animation, or fancy presentation—just rock-solid geometry that prints correctly the first time.
