I already have the architectural plans for a residential building and now need the full set of execution drawings that a contractor can build from. The job involves reviewing my current DWGs and producing construction-ready documentation that meets Eurocode 2 (Design of concrete structures).
Scope
• Foundation & basement
• Structural framework
• Roof and finishing details
Deliverables
• A1-sized PDF sheets (plans, sections, elevations, details, reinforcement schedules, bar-bending lists)
• Editable DWG source files
• Brief calculation notes to justify key reinforcement choices
Everything must read clearly on site, follow standard line-weight conventions, and cross-reference sections correctly. I will share the architectural files and site constraints right after award, and I’d like at least one review round before final sign-off.
