Ergonomic Metal Toothbrush Design
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m developing a toothbrush that pairs a durable metal handle with a fully replaceable brush head, and I need a product designer who can turn this idea into a production-ready reality.
Here’s what I’m after:
• An ergonomic and functional form factor that feels comfortable in varying hand sizes while still looking refined on a bathroom counter.
• A clean, intuitive mechanism for swapping brush heads—quick, reliable, and easy to manufacture.
• Detailed 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar) plus photorealistic renders that communicate materials, finishes, and colors.
• Engineering drawings with tolerances, assembly notes, and exploded views suitable for supplier quotation and tooling.
• Optional: a prototype model (CNC or 3D printed) so I can test grip, balance, and the head-change action before final sign-off.
Acceptance criteria
1. Handle and head geometry pass a basic ergonomic grip evaluation (thumb and finger recesses, balanced weight).
2. Replaceable head locks securely with no wobble after 50+ swaps.
3. CAD files open natively and include all feature trees; STEP export provided for manufacturers.
If you’ve designed small consumer products—especially grooming tools or kitchen utensils—your experience will translate perfectly here. Please share relevant sketches, CAD screenshots, or photos of past prototypes along with a short outline of your typical workflow and timeline.
