Electromechanical Instrument 3D & Schematics for Chemistry Lab based instrument

I have a new benchtop electromechanical instrument in development and I now need the digital backbone that will drive the first visual prototype. The work splits into two tightly linked parts:

1. Detailed 3D CAD
All mechanical elements—enclosure, internal frames, motor mounts, drive train, and any user-facing controls—have to be built in Fusion 360. Because the prototype is meant to impress investors and guide industrial design decisions, surface quality and dimensional fidelity must mirror how the unit will look once it is machined from metal. Moving parts should be fully articulated so we can generate exploded views and basic motion studies directly in the file.

2. Component-level electrical schematics
Each board, sensor, motor, and connector needs its own clear schematic that ties neatly back to the mechanical layout. I will integrate these into a larger documentation package, so clean annotation and consistent symbol libraries are essential.

Deliverables
• Native Fusion 360 model (.f3d) with all components properly named and organised
• STEP export for each major sub-assembly
• High-resolution rendered images and an exploded-view animation (optional but helpful)
• 2D drawing set covering critical dimensions and assembly notes
• Complete, readable schematics in both PDF and the native design file you use (Altium, Eagle or similar)

Acceptance Criteria
• All dimensions match the supplied reference sketches within ±0.2 mm
• No interferences when the digital assembly is run through Fusion 360’s motion/clearance analysis
• Schematics pass a basic ERC and show unique reference designators for every component

If you have a strong track record with metal prototypes and can keep mechanical and electrical documentation in perfect sync, this should be a straightforward, rewarding job. I’ll provide hand sketches, rough layouts, and a short parts list as soon as we kick off.
