Eco Brow & Lash Tool Prototype
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m a professional brow and lash artist and I’ve sketched a concept for a sustainable, multi-use tool that streamlines several steps of my daily treatments. Now I need a skilled prototyper to turn those sketches into a tangible, test-ready sample.
Here’s the big picture
• Physical prototype only: I want something I can hold, test on mannequins and show to colleagues.
• Core requirement: true multi-use functionality—one tool that seamlessly handles at least two common brow/lash tasks without constant swapping.
• Sustainability matters: this needs to be made from safe metals that can be cleaned multiple times a day.
• Form factor should feel intuitive in a tech’s hand; if you can also weave in adjustable or ergonomic touches, that’s a bonus.
What I’ll provide
– Hand-drawn sketches with dimensions
– A short video explaining each intended use
– Immediate feedback during iterative revisions
What I need back
1. Material suggestion sheet with pros/cons
2. 3D CAD files ready for rapid fabrication
3. One fully finished prototype, shipped to the UK, that demonstrates all multi-use functions
I’m looking to move quickly once we’re aligned on materials, so please include an estimated timeline from CAD sign-off to a mailed prototype. If you’ve worked with salon tools, small handheld devices, or sustainable materials before, that experience will go a long way.
