Earbuds & Case Precision CAD -- 2

I’m starting from a blank slate and need a complete 3D design for a pair of true-wireless earbuds along with their matching charging case. The model has to be fully precise, not just a visual shell, so every internal cavity—drivers, battery pack, PCB, pogo pins, magnets, hinge, and charging coil—must be accounted for.

What I’m expecting:
• A production-ready AutoCAD 3D model that can be manipulated layer by layer.
• Exploded and section views that clearly show how each component nests inside the housing.
• Dimensional call-outs tight enough for rapid prototyping and, later, injection-mould tooling.

I’ll supply envelope dimensions for the electronic parts once the project begins, but the aesthetic, ergonomic, and mechanical layout is yours to define. If you have previous work on small consumer electronics, especially wearables, please add a link or two when you reply so I can gauge fit quickly.

The finished .dwg file is the key deliverable; if you can also export neutral formats for 3D printing after approval, that’s a plus but not mandatory. I’m ready to move as soon as I find the right designer.
