ESP32 HUD Prototype Refinement

I have an early-stage ESP32 heads-up display that boots and runs a demo, yet the hardware still feels like a proof-of-concept. My next step is to polish the design so it’s ready for a short production run.

The priority is the hardware design itself: re-working the circuit layout, tightening up component selection, and creating a proper enclosure. You’ll start with my existing Eagle files and 3D CAD, power up the current board to spot weaknesses, then apply the fixes that make the unit smaller, cleaner, and more robust.

Deliverables
• Updated Eagle schematic and PCB layout optimized for space and clean routing
• Revised BOM highlighting any component improvements or substitutions
• Manufacturable 3D enclosure model (STEP/SolidWorks/Fusion 360) that fits the new PCB
• Brief test report confirming the updated board boots, connects, and drives the HUD display glitch-free
