Duplex Structural Permit Drawings Needed
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I’m finalising the permit package for a new, ground-up duplex and I now need the structural portion completed. The architectural sheets are already accounted for—your focus will be strictly on structural drawings suitable for city review and approval.
Deliverables I expect:
• Full structural drawing set (foundation, floor & roof framing, beam/column schedules, lateral bracing, general notes)
• Supporting calculations stamped if you hold the appropriate licence
• Files in both PDF for submission and DWG for my records
Please base everything on the 2021 IBC/IRC and any typical local amendments; I’ll supply the site survey and architectural layouts once we start. Let me know your turnaround time and whether you can provide the engineer’s seal for my jurisdiction.
