Dual-Chamber Sunscreen Bottle Prototype -- 2

Job ID: 40196522

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

For my upcoming premium suncare range, I need a working prototype of a single-body, dual-chamber bottle that cleanly separates two formulas and delivers each with the correct dispensing technology. The upper 70 % chamber must feed an airless pump for a rich cream, while the lower 30 % chamber dispenses a fine mist via a non-aerosol, pre-compression spray.

Key parameters already set
• Material: plastic only, suitable for mass-scale injection- or blow-molding and compatible with both SPF cream and liquid spray bases.
• Shape: sleek cylindrical profile so it feels familiar in hand and fits standard retail shelving.
• Finish: multiple-colour capability (e.g. translucent lower half, opaque upper, or other creative treatments you suggest) without compromising recyclability.

What I need from you
1. CAD and engineering files (STEP or SolidWorks native) showing all internal partitions, pump seats, dip-tubes, and over-molded gaskets.
2. Manufacturability assessment with recommended resins and wall-thickness call-outs.
3. Sourceable component specs for the airless pump and the pre-compression spray assembly, including neck finishes and torque data.
4. One physical prototype—3-D printed, CNC, or soft tooling—demonstrating full fluid separation and reliable dispensing; video of functional testing accepted before shipping.
5. Tolerance and leakage report confirming no cross-contamination after 50 actuations of each mechanism.

I’m comfortable iterating quickly, so please indicate your typical turnaround for first models and how many revisions are included. Experience with cosmetic packaging, airless systems, and fine-mist pumps will stand out.
