1/64 Disc Mower 3D Print

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m building a 1/64-scale Massey Ferguson three-point disc mower and need a full 3D CAD model that captures every real-world detail. I’ll supply clear sketches with dimensions, reference photos, and any measurements you need; your job is to turn them into an accurate, printable design.

Detail level
The miniature must be highly detailed, down to guards, hydraulic lines, and other intricate pieces so it feels like a shrunken factory-spec machine. While most components can remain fixed, I do want the arms/mechanisms that swing the cutter bar to articulate smoothly; blades and wheels can stay static.

Scope of work
1. Create a watertight, print-ready CAD model (STL/STEP or similar).
2. Engineer simple pin or snap joints that let the arms move without risking breakage at 1/64 scale.
3. Produce a prototype print in resin or high-resolution FDM, test-fitting all parts before shipping it to me.
4. Make any minor tweaks after the first print so everything aligns and moves as intended.

Acceptance criteria
• Overall length, width, and height within ±0.25 mm of my provided dimensions.
• Arms articulate through the real machine’s full range without binding.
• No visible layer lines larger than 0.05 mm on exterior faces of the final print.
• Delivered files slice cleanly in Cura/PrusaSlicer without mesh errors.

Experience with Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or Blender (with proper Boolean cleanup) is ideal, and familiarity with resin printers such as the Elegoo Mars or Anycubic Photon will help keep tolerances tight.

Once we agree on the design, I’d like regular checkpoints—screenshots or short videos—before the first physical prototype is printed. Final deliverables are the print-ready files, the finished prototype, and any editable source files so I can commission future runs.
