Digital House Plan Drafting Needed

I already have hand-drawn sketches for the front elevation, full floor plan and electrical layout of our new home in Baldivis (Perth, WA). Now I need those three drawings converted to clean, properly scaled digital plans and, at the same time, have the remaining documentation drafted so the set is ready for council submission and construction pricing.

Scope of work
• Convert my existing hand sketches into accurate digital drawings.
• Draft a roof plan, complete plumbing layout and all necessary structural details to the same standard.

All drawings must align with WA residential building codes and typical council requirements. Please prepare each sheet so it can print clearly at A3 and bundle the final set in PDF format for easy sharing.

I will supply high-resolution scans of the sketches, site information and any additional specifications you request. Once you send through a first pass, we’ll walk through any mark-ups to make sure everything is spot-on before you finalise the PDF package.

If you’re comfortable producing these documents in AutoCAD or similar and can turn them around promptly, let’s get started.
