Development Application drawings for a residential alterations and additions project - 10/10/2023 08:23 EDT

I'm looking for a freelancer to create development application documentation for a small residential alterations and additions project.
The project (2213BC) is for alterations and additions to a freestanding residence in the City of Ryde, Sydney, with drawings in Vectorworks (3D, 2023) produced to early design development stage. An existing Vectorworks 3D model has been created, and is to be updated with the proposed alterations. Documents are to include 1:100 plans (ground, first and roof plan), four elevations and two sections. Updates are to be made from the concept sketch based on client feedback. The client supplied sketch is to be incorporated but improved.
I would prefer the drawings to be done in Vectorworks, 3D. I am looking for a freelancer who is experienced in the production of development application drawings in Australia and generally familiar with Australian Standards and the National Construction Code in order to achieve the desired results.
