Develop Stainless Steel Bathroom Drain
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
This project centres on transforming my concept for a stainless-steel bathroom drain into a fully engineered, production-ready product. The fixture is a dedicated Drain designed specifically for Bathroom use, so corrosion resistance, long-term durability and compliance with common plumbing codes are critical.
Here is what I need:
• 3D CAD model (.STEP or similar) capturing all functional and cosmetic details
• Manufacturing drawings with tolerances, surface-finish notes and callouts for 304 or 316 stainless steel
• Basic bill of materials and suggested fastening or sealing method
• Brief manufacturing guidance (casting, CNC, or hybrid) to keep costs reasonable while preserving quality
I already have rough sketches and dimensional targets that I will share once we begin. Feel free to recommend improvements to flow rate, anti-clog geometry or installation hardware; I’m open to constructive ideas that enhance performance without complicating production.
The work is considered complete when the CAD files open cleanly in SolidWorks/Fusion 360, all drawings are ready for a machine shop, and critical functional dimensions are validated against standard floor drain openings.
