Detailed Traditional House CAD Drawings
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I need complete CAD documentation for a new-build, traditionally styled home. The package must cover three drawing types:
• Floor plans – each level drawn to scale and fully dimensioned, with clear room labels, key structural notes and any other annotations needed for council submission and builder pricing.
• Exterior elevations – four sides showing materials, window and door sizes, sill and head heights, roof pitches and any decorative trim typical of a traditional façade.
• Cross sections – at minimum one cut through the basement, one through typical exterior wall construction and one through the roof structure, all called out on the plans.
Files are to be delivered in editable DWG (AutoCAD) plus plotted PDFs ready to print at A1. Please use metric units, layer the drawing sensibly for ease of modifications and include a simple title block with my project details; I will supply final site dimensions once we start.
I am including the old plan I have used that I want to make larger to accommodate 2 beds and 2 baths both up and down. The lot is flat so I will need a covered stairway to the basement somewhere in the back of the house.
Accuracy is critical: all measurements must reconcile between plans, elevations and sections. I will review a first‐pass PDF set and return comments; the final milestone releases when the revised drawings are coordinated and clean.
