Detailed Plastic Compression Mold Design

I’m ready to move a new product into tooling and need a complete compression-mold design produced in plastic. The geometry goes beyond basic cavities—I’m looking for fully detailed features that account for parting lines, draft, vents, and any inserts or cores the part requires. I will supply the part model and functional requirements as soon as we start.

Your job is to translate that information into an industry-ready mold layout, then deliver the native CAD file (SolidWorks or Inventor is ideal, STEP as a neutral backup) plus 2D drawings that a toolmaker can follow without guesswork. If any design refinements improve manufacturability, please flag them so we can review before final release.
