Detailed Mechanical CAD Drawings

I have an existing mechanical system that now needs to be documented properly in CAD. The end goal is a full drawing package ready for fabrication and reference.

What I must see in every sheet is:
• Accurate, clearly labelled dimensions so machinists and fabricators can work straight from the prints.
• Complete material specifications for each part and sub-assembly to make procurement effortless.

I am flexible on the native file you work in—DWG, DXF, STEP, or another industry-standard format is fine as long as the final files open cleanly and retain layer information.

Please model and annotate with mainstream tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or an equivalent you are comfortable with, and keep the geometry fully editable. If you already have a proven workflow for BOM extraction and revision control, let me know; that will be a plus.

Once the package is delivered I will verify dimensions against my physical prototype, so precision is important. If adjustments are needed, I expect a quick turnaround on revisions to reach a fabrication-ready state.
