Detailed Chemical Tank CAD Drawings
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a complete drawing package for a chemical storage tank that can go straight into engineering review and fabrication. The set must include a fully-dimensioned top view, side (elevation) view, and an isometric 3-D model, all rendered with the level of clarity normally reserved for issued-for-construction documents.
Please show every critical feature: shell and head geometry, nozzle locations, manway, support skirt or saddle, stiffening rings, lifting lugs, flange ratings, welding symbols, material call-outs, design pressure/temperature notes, and a bill of materials. Wall thicknesses, reinforcement pads, and gasket details have to be clearly specified right on the drawings—not hidden in general notes.
Native CAD files (DWG or SolidWorks) plus PDFs are required so I can mark them up if needed. STEP or IGES export of the 3-D model will be appreciated for finite-element checks.
Acceptance criteria:
• Top, side, and 3-D views fully dimensioned and annotated
• Specification table covering materials, thicknesses, nozzle schedule, design conditions
• Drawings delivered in DWG (or SLDPRT/SLDASM) and PDF; model in STEP/IGES
• All text legible at 1:1 print on A3 sheets
With those items in hand, I can progress directly to internal QA and procurement.
