Mechanical CAD Design for 3 Bicycle Wall Mount Prototypes
I am looking for a mechanical CAD designer to create 3D models and very detailed 2D manufacturing drawings for three bicycle wall mount prototypes.
This is a real fabrication project, not a conceptual or visual design.
No renders are required. The goal is to manufacture physical prototypes.
The designs are mechanically simple:
Two prototypes are almost identical, only changing the tube section.
The third prototype is a small variation with an inclined front surface.
Reference images will be attached showing geometry and design intent.
Most dimensions, angles, materials and functional requirements are already defined, so this should be a fast CAD task for an experienced designer.
After fabricating and testing these prototypes, we will refine the best design and continue working on additional related product prototypes. Potential long-term collaboration.

Total length: 370 mm
Front support slot depth: 80 mm
Final free height with TPU installed: 60 mm
Bicycle remains parallel to the wall
Frame touches the back of the slot

Tube changed to square 100 × 100 × 2 mm

Inclined front support surface
2 mm drop over 80 mm (≈1.4° inclination)

Technical Requirements
Tube corner radii must be standard commercial radii (European market).
No sharp edges.
Internal slot edges rounded (R3–R5).
Design must be manufacturable by cutting, welding and basic machining.
Prototypes will be manufactured without paint.

TPU Bicycle Contact Part
Separate TPU part designed for MJF 3D printing.
Material reference: TPU Shore approx. 88A–92A.
TPU must cover top, bottom and back of the slot so the frame never touches metal.
Fixing must be snap-fit / clip system, no screws and no glue.
Use grooves in metal and elastic ribs in TPU.
Include basic drainage features.

Hidden Wall Mounting System
Clean front view, no visible screws.
Internal wall bracket (Parax-style).
Bracket fixed to wall, support slides onto it.
Wall fixing: 2 × M8 screws (geometry only).
Locking: 2 × hidden M6 set screws.
Bracket must include mounting tolerances (slotted holes).

3D models: STEP (.step) mandatory, IGES optional.
Native CAD file if possible (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, Onshape).
2D manufacturing drawings: PDF fully dimensioned + DXF or DWG.
TPU part: STL / OBJ / 3MF ready for MJF.
Basic BOM and fabrication notes.
