Detailed Bolt & Nut CAD
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need both 3D and 2D CAD files for a standard bolt-and-nut set created entirely from scratch in SolidWorks. The models must be highly detailed with full mechanical features: accurate threads, chamfers, fillets, drive geometry, and any under-head or washer faces you would expect on production-grade fasteners.
The drawings will go straight to manufacturing, so I’ll need fully dimensioned 2D sheets with tolerances, call-outs, thread specifications, material notes, and section views where necessary. On the 3D side, supply native SolidWorks files plus neutral formats (STEP, IGES) along with a rendered image set showing the hardware in realistic steel and zinc finishes for internal reviews.
Deliverables
• Native SolidWorks part and assembly files of the bolt and nut
• STEP / IGES exports
• Manufacturing-ready 2D drawings (PDF + DWG) with complete dimensions and tolerances
• High-resolution renders (JPG/PNG) from multiple angles
Acceptance Criteria
• Thread geometry matches ISO metric standards and gauges correctly in the model
• All critical dimensions fall within ±0.05 mm of the values specified on the drawing
• Drawings contain no unresolved references or missing views when opened on another machine
Let me know your estimated turnaround time and any questions you need answered before starting.
