Design Special-Purpose Assembly Machine

I need a complete concept-to-drawing design for a special-purpose machine whose sole job is assembling a set of mechanical parts. The product being assembled already exists; what’s missing is the production equipment that can do the job consistently, safely, and at a reasonable cycle time.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• A clear machine concept that covers part feeding, orientation, joining, and finished-part ejection.
• 3D CAD models (SolidWorks, Inventor, or a comparable platform) plus 2D manufacturing drawings with tolerances.
• A bill of materials with off-the-shelf components called out by supplier and part number.
• Basic simulations or hand calculations that justify kinematics, forces, and safety factors so the design is ready for prototype build.
• An easy-to-follow assembly manual or exploded view that a shop floor technician can rely on.

Acceptance criteria: the design must be complete enough for a fabricator to quote without further engineering and must demonstrate that the assembled product meets alignment and torque specs supplied at project kickoff.
