3D CAD Designer Needed – 3D Printed Electronics Enclosure
Design a functional enclosure for PCB based device. SolidWorks/Fusion 360. 3D print ready. Fixed-fee Contract.
Scope of Work
• Design a custom enclosure optimized for 3D printing
• This is for a quick-turn prototype build. We will follow up with a second project that is more complicated.
• Design is a simple case with lid. ID of case is roughly [65mm-W x 75mm-L x 40mm-H]. Finals dims to be supplied prior to start. 4mm radius on sides.
• Lid with internal rib for alignment. Will be glued in place.
• Vent holes for air flow (no IP rating)
• Two protrusions on side for nylon webbing straps (15mm-Wide x 1.5mm-Thick]
• See drawing.
Deliverables
• Native CAD files (editable, parametric)
• STEP files (latest revision)
• STL files suitable for 3D printing
• Exploded view or assembly view
• All source files transferred upon payment
