I am seeking a skilled engineer to create a full 3D CAD model for a machine designed to punch holes in aluminum angles. The machine should be similar to the one shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eORllxTFXBc&ab_channel=TaalinMachinery%26Robotics. The machine will handle aluminum angles in sizes 20x20mm, 22x22mm, 25x25mm, and 30x30mm, with a wall thickness of 1.5mm. The holes need to be 5mm in diameter, positioned 7mm from the edge, and spaced 50mm apart along a total length of 2500mm.

Key Requirements:
- Design a welded and bolted steel structure.
- Include an upper pressure beam with hydraulic cylinders for uniform bilateral pressure using toothed racks and a shaft connecting the gears on both sides.
- Design punches, dies, and punch guides with lubrication.
- Incorporate pneumatic actuators for engaging or disengaging each punch.
- Use standard steel for machine components.
