Design Large Industrial Pellet Food Oven

I need a complete engineering package for a pellet-fired oven that will run in an industrial environment and handle high-volume food production. The unit must be large enough to keep up with continuous throughput while delivering consistent, food-safe temperatures powered solely by wood pellets.

What I expect from you:

• Assembly guidance that a metal-fabrication shop can follow without guesswork
