I need a complete engineering design for a sub-soil ripper that will mount to a Category 3 three-point hitch and run behind a 100-150 hp tractor. Its primary role is deep tillage on broad-acre farms, so durability is far more important than cosmetics.

Operating environment
Field conditions vary from heavy clay pockets through loam to sandy streaks, sometimes all in the same pass. Because of that variability, I want reliable depth adjustment built into the frame so I can fine-tune working depth from season to season without rebuilding the tool.

Key design requirements
• Reinforced frame sized for repeated shock loads from mixed soils and occasional buried rocks.
• Simple, precise depth adjustment mechanism that can be set in the paddock.
• Hitch geometry must match ASAE/ISO specs for a Cat 3 linkage and keep draft forces in line with the tractor draw-bar.
• Suit power range of 100-150 hp without over-engineering weight.

Optional but welcome
If you have an elegant way to accommodate replaceable or quick-change tines, let me know—I’m open to it if it doesn’t compromise strength.

Deliverables
1. 3D CAD model (STEP or native SolidWorks/Inventor).
2. Detailed fabrication drawings with weld symbols, plate sizes and material grades.

4. Basic bill of materials so I can price steel locally.
