Title: Industrial Designer / Product Engineer Needed – Precision Baby Nasal Tweezers (Ultra-Thin Dip Coating Concept)

I am developing a premium baby-care product under my brand AURIA and need an experienced industrial designer or product engineer to refine and prepare a manufacturable design.

This is NOT a generic baby product. The design must balance medical-level precision with baby-safe geometry and premium minimal aesthetics.

### Concept Overview

The product is a pair of baby nasal tweezers with:

- A precision-formed internal structure (metal or rigid polymer core)
- A rounded, baby-safe tip (safety nib)
- An ultra-thin anti-slip dip coating across the body

IMPORTANT:
This is NOT thick silicone overmoulding.

The coating should:
- Be extremely thin (approx. 0.3–0.5 mm max)
- Appear like a tight “skin” over the tool
- Preserve the sharp, slim silhouette of precision tweezers
- NOT look soft, bulky, or toy-like

#### 1. Geometry & Structure
- Overall length: ~90–95 mm
- Slim, elongated body with ergonomic taper
- Slight outward arm tension (Tweezerman-style feel)
- Controlled squeeze resistance (not flimsy, not stiff)

#### 2. Tip Design (CRITICAL)
- Rounded safety nib:
- Diameter: ~3.5–4 mm
- Smooth, seamless finish (no sharp edges)
- Must be safe for baby nasal use
- Tip must retain precision alignment when closing

#### 3. Coating Specification
- Ultra-thin dip coating (not thick silicone)
- Matte anti-slip finish
- Uniform coverage
- No visible bulk at:
- Grip area
- Neck
- Tip

Visual goal:
Looks like coated metal, not silicone-covered plastic

#### 4. Grip Area
- Subtle integrated grip (3-line detail)
- Slightly more tactile but still minimal
- No aggressive textures

#### 5. Aesthetic Direction
- Premium, minimal, calm (NOT colourful baby product style)
- Medical-grade meets luxury
- Clean transitions and refined proportions
