Design 2-Cavity PET Blow Moulder
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I need a complete engineering design for an automatic two-cavity blowing machine that produces PET water bottles at a steady 1 000–2 000 bph. The scope covers the full mechanical layout, heating and stretch-blow sequences, mould design, pneumatic and electrical schematics, plus any control logic that keeps the cycle time consistent.
Because the end product is standard PET drinking-water bottles, the design must accommodate typical neck finishes and wall-thickness requirements while remaining energy-efficient and compact enough for a small production hall. I already have floor-space limits and utility specs; once we connect, I will share those drawings so you can size the oven, manifolds and cooling loop accurately.
Deliverables
• 3D CAD model with motion study
• Detailed 2D fabrication drawings and tolerances
• Bill of materials with preferred off-the-shelf components
• Cycle-time and air-consumption calculations proving 1 000–2 000 bph capability
• Assembly and maintenance guidelines
Acceptance will be based on the model’s ability to clear interference checks, meet the capacity target, and reference readily available components for cost-effective build. If you have prior PET blow-moulder experience—or existing modular designs we can adapt—let’s talk; it will shorten the development loop considerably.
