Design of Aluminum Manhole Cover & Casting Mold/Pattern

We are seeking an expert in Metal Casting Design to create a technical design for an Aluminum Manhole Cover. The project specifically requires a design optimized for the casting process (Sand Casting or Die Casting).
Responsibilities:
Design the product (Cover & Frame) with focus on structural integrity and load distribution.
Apply necessary Draft Angles and Fillets to ensure easy removal from the mold.
Account for Aluminum Shrinkage Allowance in the final dimensions.
Design the anti-slip surface pattern & recessed (aesthetic and functional).
Deliverables:
*3D CAD files (STEP/IGES/SolidWorks).
*2D Technical drawings with precise tolerances for the foundry.
*Material thickness optimization to reduce weight while maintaining strength.
