Design Adjustable Multi-Station Gym Machine

Job ID: 40361859

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I am developing a space-saving cable machine for modern fitness studios and I need a complete mechanical design that turns the concept into production-ready files. The unit must let users perform at least leg curls, and the highest priority on the user side is an effortless adjustable-height mechanism. Above all, I have to be certain the base will remain rock-solid and safe under every condition; stability is the single most critical aspect of the build.

Core performance targets
• 120 kg adjustable weight-stack resistance driven by a low-friction pulley network.
• Structural steel or aluminium frame whose worst-case deflection stays below 2 mm with a global factor of safety of 2.5 or higher.
• Optimised pulley diameters, cable routing and bearing selection to keep travel smooth and minimise wear.
• Multiple ergonomic attachment points so users can swap handles without cable slack.
• Fully guided weight stack with clear load markings and secure pin selection.

What I need from you
1. A complete 3D CAD assembly (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar) showing the frame, pulleys, weight stack and adjustment hardware.
2. FEA or equivalent stress analysis verifying the ≤2 mm deflection and the ≥2.5 FoS under a 120 kg load.
3. Detailed fabrication drawings and a bill of materials that a workshop can quote immediately.

I am happy to provide rough sketches and dimensions to get you started and will stay available for rapid feedback loops until every bolt and bushing is dialled in. If you have built commercial gym equipment before, or have demonstrable expertise in compact load-bearing machines, I would love to see your portfolio when you bid.
