6x24 Deck SketchUp Rendering

I’m replacing the small, over-hanging deck on the rear façade of my home with a new 6 ft × 24 ft structure and I need a precise SketchUp model to guide the build and help me visualise the final look.

What I will give you
• A clear written construction plan with framing dimensions, footing positions, post sizes, joist spacing, ledger details, etc.
• A current photo of that side of the house so you can model the existing wall accurately and digitally remove the old deck and roof overhang.

What I need back
• A .skp file that shows detailed construction elements: footings, posts, beams, joists, decking boards, handrails, trim including fascia and soffit, gutters, and stair step up, and all hardware locations.
• A few high-resolution perspective images (JPEG/PNG) that overlay the model onto the house photo, so I can present the concept to my building inspector and HOA.

Key points
– The deck material is wood; please use realistic lumber dimensions and grain textures so board orientation and cut lengths are clear.
– The old deck and its small roof must disappear completely in the rendering.
– Accuracy matters more than full photorealism, but textures, shadows, and proper layering will help communicate the design.
– The model should be organised by tags/layers (framing, decking, railing, lighting, house shell) for easy toggling.

Acceptance
I’ll consider the job complete once the model opens cleanly in SketchUp 2021+, dimensions match the supplied plan, lighting fixtures and handrails are in place, and the overlay images line up with the photo without the original deck showing.
