DXF Conversion for Laser Cutting

Project Description:

We are looking for an experienced freelancer to convert brand character images into DXF files for metal laser cutting.

This is not a simple vector tracing task – it requires understanding of manufacturing and laser cutting preparation.

Requirements:

• Prepare DXF files (1:1 scale) ready for metal laser cutting
• Add bridges / tabs so all inner elements remain connected after cutting
• Ensure clean, continuous vectors suitable for laser cutting

In addition:

• Prepare a print file for plexiglass
• The printed image will be placed behind the cut aluminum plate
• The print must be perfectly aligned with the DXF design

Important:

We are looking for freelancers with real experience in sheet metal and laser cutting preparation, not only graphic design or Illustrator tracing.

• This may involve many images (large ongoing project)
• We will start with one test image first
