Cyclone 3DR Scan-to-STP Conversion

I have a small raw point-cloud scan that needs to be brought into Cyclone 3DR, cleaned up, surfaced, and exported as a single, well-structured .STP file. The file will be fed directly into our engineering analysis workflow, so accuracy matters more than cosmetic perfection. Please embed a concise set of custom measurements inside the model so downstream users can verify critical dimensions without additional probing.

What I will provide
• Original scan data (in its native format) and a short list of the key dimensions that must be preserved.

What I expect back
• A STEP (.stp) file that opens error-free in mainstream CAD/CAE tools.
• Embedded custom measurement annotations matching the dimension list.
• A quick summary explaining any tolerances or deviations you had to introduce during surfacing.

Acceptance criteria
– Visual inspection in SolidWorks shows no missing surfaces or gaps.
– All specified dimensions fall within ±0.5 mm of the provided values.

If you normally lean on additional tools—e.g., Geomagic, PolyWorks—for intermediate processing, that’s fine, just confirm everything routes back through Cyclone 3DR before final export so I have a reproducible workflow. I’m ready to supply the data as soon as you confirm.
