Custom Stainless Steel Knife Creation

I have a unique blade concept sketched out and I’m ready to see it forged into reality. I need an experienced knife maker who can turn my design into a limited run of high-quality stainless-steel knives with durable synthetic handles.

The job covers everything from refining my drawings (or creating fresh CAD files if needed), selecting an appropriate stainless steel grade, performing a professional heat-treat, and finishing the blades to a sale-ready standard. I’m looking for clean grinds, a balanced feel in hand, and a handle that stands up to heavy use while still looking sharp. Although stainless steel and synthetic handles are must-haves, I’m open to your expert advice on exact alloys, tang construction, and ergonomic tweaks that can improve performance.

Deliverables:
• Detailed technical drawings or CAD files reflecting the final blade and handle geometry
• At least one finished, fully sharpened prototype for evaluation
• A concise production plan (materials list, heat-treat specs, finishing process, estimated lead time)
• Final production batch once the prototype is approved
