Custom Silicone Tablet Case CAD

I’m ready to move a new portrait-style silicone enclosure for an Android-14 tablet from concept to tooling and need a designer who already understands the nuances of flexible materials. The device in question is a 7-inch IPS Display Quad-Core Android 14 tablet with dual cameras; I have the unit on hand and can supply every measurement, port location and photo you need.

The brief
• A single-piece wrap-around frame that hugs the tablet and protects the corners.
• A fold-out, heart-shaped kick-stand integrated into the back, flush when closed, sturdy when open.
• Cut-outs for buttons, speakers, dual cameras and charge port.
• Wall thickness, draft angles and radii optimised for silicone injection moulding, yet printable for rapid prototyping.

Deliverables
• Manufacturing-ready STEP file (and the native CAD file) suitable for both 3-D printed prototypes and final mould fabrication.
• A quick render set so I can visualise colour options before tooling.
• One round of minor revisions after I test-print the first sample.
