Custom Raspberry Pi Case CAD

Job ID: 40406433

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I already sketched the look and overall style of my Raspberry Pi case; now I need a clean 3-D CAD model that I can send straight to my 3-D printer. Please create the geometry from my sketches and refine the layout so that it fits a standard Raspberry Pi board while also incorporating the following features I definitely want:

• Ventilation slots to keep the board cool
• Mounting holes so the case can be fixed to a panel or wall
• Cable-management openings for power, HDMI, and GPIO access

I will rely on your experience to propose the exact internal clearances, wall thickness, and overall envelope so the case prints reliably and snaps together without stressing the board. Once we agree on those dimensions, produce the final file in STL format; no other file types are needed.

Deliverables
1. Finished, print-ready STL file of the full case (top, bottom, and any lids or clips).
2. A short note or diagram calling out the chosen internal clearances and hole sizes so I can double-check before printing.

Acceptance criteria
• Raspberry Pi board sits flush, ports line up, and nothing interferes with connectors.
• All requested openings and slots are present and dimensioned as agreed.
• STL passes slicing/repair checks in Cura or PrusaSlicer without errors.

If you normally work in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar, that’s perfect—just export the final STL with proper units. Let me know what you need from me to get started, and we can lock in the dimensions right away.
