I want a brand-new bumper for my car, built from plastic and styled completely to my own taste rather than any stock or sport variant. Your role is to take my ideas and translate them into a production-ready solution.

Here’s the scope I have in mind:
• Concept sketches and mood boards that capture an aggressive yet street-legal look.
• Full 3D CAD model (SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar) with mounting points matching the factory chassis.
• Finite-element analysis to confirm basic impact and vibration performance in plastic.
• Manufacturing drawings with material specs, wall thickness, clips, and fastener details, ready for injection-molding or vacuum-forming.
• Optional: a photorealistic render so I can preview the bumper on the car before tooling begins.

I’ll provide reference photos and exact vehicle dimensions as soon as we start. Accuracy to OEM fitment is crucial, but all exterior lines and vents are open for creative freedom. If you’ve taken a bumper from sketch to mold before, I’d love to see that in your portfolio.
