Custom PCB Enclosure Design from STEP File
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I am looking for an experienced mechanical/CAD designer to create a custom enclosure for my PCB.
### What I will provide
* PCB 3D STEP model: **esl-solar-tag.step**
* Any additional requirements during the project
### Project Requirements
* Design a custom enclosure based on the provided PCB STEP model.
* The enclosure should fit the PCB accurately with proper internal clearances for all components.
* Design the enclosure without modifying the PCB.
* Include openings for connectors, LEDs, buttons, sensors, or other components where required.
* If the PCB has no mounting holes, design an appropriate method to securely hold the PCB inside the enclosure (clips, slots, supports, or another suitable solution).
* The enclosure should be suitable for 3D printing and consist of a top and bottom part that can be assembled securely (snap-fit or screws, depending on your design recommendation).
* Keep the enclosure as compact and clean as possible.
### Deliverables
* Native CAD source files (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, FreeCAD, etc.)
* STEP (.step) file
* STL files ready for 3D printing
### Requirements
* Previous experience designing PCB enclosures.
* Experience working from PCB STEP models exported from KiCad.
* Please include examples of similar enclosure designs in your proposal.
I will provide the PCB STEP file (**esl-solar-tag.step**) to the selected freelancer.
